Semi-obscure new wave group who released two singles and an LP during the mid-eighties. Centered around keyboardist Takashi Sekine (who was also a member of Nubile for a while), they’re probably most famous for their appearance on the “Gimmick” compilation alongside L’arc~en~Ciel, Rosen Kreuz, Genet (from Auto-Mod) and others.
The band had a tendency to move towards the cheesier spectrum of new wave - however, this sequencer-driven slice of melancholia from their second single is certainly a different kind of beast and may very well stand as their finest moment (I’ve yet to hear their LP though).
